PAX Community Health provides basic primary care to all ages. Our professional staff member volunteers include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, therapists, and social services.

Primary Care
Mammograms
We are able to occasionally offer mammograms in conjunction with Diagnostic Imaging Centers. Check our calendar for future events.
Sports Physicals
Tobacco Cessation
This is offered at our New Springs location on a different schedule from the clinic. Check the calendar, or contact us for more information.
Flu Vaccines
Offered Seasonally when available. If you are looking for a Flu Vaccine out of season, please contact us first.
